M. Shane Dugas, B.B.A. (Hons.), L.L.B.

Shane received his Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in 1990 with Honours in Marketing and a Concentration in Accounting. He received his Bachelor of Law from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1993.  Shane was called to the Bar in New Brunswick in 1994 and British Columbia in 2008.

Shane was a former partner with one of the largest law firms in Canada. Upon arrival in Vernon, Shane was employed at Davidson Lawyers, LLP.  He then decided to venture out and create his law firm Dugas Law.

For the past 17 years, he has been counsel in a broad range of disputes on Canada’s East and West coasts. Shane was called to the Bar in New Brunswick in 1994 and British Columbia in 2008.
