We will move your website to our servers for free. To request a migration, just submit us a ticket at info@SilverSpruceHosting.ca and provide us with the access details for your old host (e.g. your cPanel credentials or SSH connection details).
There are a lot of hosting providers out there that require payment for technical support. You will get an exceptional support service for free with us. We don’t charge for support and we will do our best to help out even if the problem concerns a third-party application. Our techs will investigate the problem, and resolve it in over 90% of the cases.
Our proprietary Control Panel is custom-built in house to fit the features of our hosting services. This provides us full control over the maintenance and allows us to be independent from changes and potential vulnerabilities induced by third-party products (such as cPanel).
